Sensors make
your work better

COMING SOON

We are working on a sensor that can be placed directly in the liquid concrete and sends the temperature and humidity values for 10 years. Instead of giving a precise time to continue the process of finishing the floor, the sensors will protect the materials for a long period of time from random events.

Wooden flooring industry

The flooring industry recognizes the critical importance of assessing the moisture condition of a concrete slab before proceeding with flooring installation. Failure to do so can lead to issues like warping, buckling, peeling, debonding, mold, or severe flooding. Testing for moisture is a straightforward process that should always be conducted before installing any finished floor products, as this significantly reduces the risk of major flooring failures. Floor coverings, adhesives, and other finished floor materials should never be applied to a slab that hasn’t adequately dried. To aid in this process, we have developed a sensor that can be inserted into a small drilled hole in the concrete. This sensor monitors and transmits temperature and humidity levels for up to 10 years.
